Hey! Guess what?! Andres got baptized!! Saturday morning we left for the church extra early to make sure everything was good for Andres's baptism. At the church our ward mission leader (Brother John) was waiting to tell us the water tank was broken. So the only water we had, was what was already in the baptismal font from a couple weeks ago. As in, the water was only about knee deep, it was super dirty, and smelled really fishy...yum. While we tried to figure everything out, everyone sat out on the front lawn of the chapel for about an hour. It got to the point that Andres himself said it doesn't matter where as long as he got baptized. He literally had to bend his knees and lay back in the water from there. I can't believe he was that flexible, (he's the same size as I am) haha, and hey it only took 2 tries! Pero the only thing that really matters is he got it done right. Afterwards, I asked how he felt, and despite the cold, stinky, gross water, he said he felt katawhay (peace). Ahh he's the best. Now his whole family can work towards making it to the temple. In other news, I transferred again. I don't think it's possible for me to stay in an area longer than 12 weeks or to stay with the same companion for more then one transfer. It kind of makes me sad though because I've had amazing companions that I love so much! I'll miss Sister Sales. Now I'm in Hinigaran follow up training again. My companions name is Sister Castillo from Sta. Cruz Zambalis, Philippines. I'm excited to see what this next transfer has in store. Halong kamo tanan! Palangga ta kamo! Sister Adams
